Instructions to Presenters

Oral presentations

We kindly ask you to prepare a 10-minute presentation on your topic for the upcoming event. After your presentation, there will be a 3-minute question and answer session, during which the audience will have the opportunity to seek clarification or discuss aspects of your presentation further.

Please use Download the presentation template (PPTX, 3.1 MB) for the first and last slides of your presentation. Name your presentation file with your surname followed by the title of your paper, as shown in the example below:

Presentations should be in either PPTX or PDF format. We recommend that presenters do not use any special compression codecs for animations. Note that it is possible to show embedded videos. All presentations will be given in English.
